The purpose of our active Customer Relationship Management (CRM) engine is to give you control and management capabilities over multiple sets of users' lists which you may decide to target with different offers as multiple segments of your customer community. We give you the capability to manipulate named sets of users, and to populate these sets from queries such as "who participated in any thread with such and such keywords".
