W-SystemsMobile CRM software vendor W-Systems has acquired its 200th small business customer for its mobile CRM products for the small business market. W-Systems has reported increased customer acceptance for its mobile CRM software product w-Mobile over recent months, with “over 180 installed sites actively operating with a little as two users to as many as one hundred at a single installation site.” WMobile is a mobile telephone client for the GoldMine CRM system and provides bi-directional interaction with the company’s organizational CRM system.

Sage CRMCustomer FX Corp. has released Power2Survey for Sage SalesLogix. The product enables code-less creation of surveys for use in CRM suite Sage SalesLogix. Features and benefits include the fact that account representatives can have a scripted set of questions. The product can be used to collect detailed and planned information about campaigns, account needs & assessment and customer satisfaction surveys. The product allows for market research and capturing demographic data.

Benefits include even better work with campaigns, new types of reports, more intuitive control of Call Center functionality, language choice and export option for XML format.
